Simply Better Wines is a new website created by Gregory Dal Piaz. As you can guess from the name it's another website about wine, though with a difference.

Here at SBW we are committed to helping you find better wines. Price be damned, we're gonna turn you on to some great values and the wines that are really worth their prices!

It is a joy to have been able to observe the evolution of Giulia Negri over the 8 or so years since my first visit with her. The wines have evolved, changed, improved, the coterie of animals seems to have expanded, but Giulia, well Giulia remains the same.  A dynamo, enthusiastic, always smiling, serious and focused, but not to a fault. A visit here is always a learning experience, and a lot of fun.

Another new feature here at SimplyBetterWines are regional guides. We've started with the rather obscure appellation of TrentoDOC, the Methodo Classico wines of Trentino and hope to cover other, lesser known Italian wine regions in the future.
