Gregory Dal Piaz, named #36 of the Most Influential People in the Wine Industry by Intowine.com in 2013, was the founding Editor in Chief of Snooth, Inc. from 2008 through 2014 Previously he was the Wine Director at New York City's Astor Wines & Spirits as well as a chef for many years. While he is most at home discussing the minutiae of the terroirs of Barolo, his long career in food and wine has left him equally intrigued by the vintage variations of classic California Cabernets or the unexpected food and wine pairings of modern life.
